Check that there is a wireless connection.

  1. Click on wireless icon on the taskbar
  2. Check to see that there is a connection to a wireless network.
  3. Disconnect and reconnect to the network.

Freezing or erratic behaviour

You should try and hard reset the device.

  1. Hold down the power button for a few seconds;
  2. Restart the device.

Not turning on

Try charging the device for a short period and retry turning on.
