University Partners

Macquarie University School Partners Program is a partnership between the University and its member schools designed to facilitate communication between Macquarie University and its member schools. It commenced in 1999 and now involves over 60 schools.

Macquarie University offers a variety of scholarships for Partner School students; criteria for which change from year to year. Scholarship application forms are sent to the school annually in August, and can be obtained from the Careers Advisor.

The Preferred Admissions Scheme gives Year 12 students the opportunity to apply for a bonus 5 ATAR points towards any course offered at Macquarie University. Students must have a genuine interest in attending the university and must display not only academic potential, but experience in a wide range of activities both at school and in the wider community. Competition for the scheme is high with five applicants short listed and two applicants successful from our school each year. Applications are available from the school and due at the University in December.
