The Junior School offers a holistic education in Religious Education, all Key Learning Areas, as well as regular lessons in

• Art
• Chinese (Mandarin)
• Library Skills
• Music
• Physical Education

Classes in Music, Art, PE, Library and Languages are all conducted by specialist secondary teachers. Computer lessons are taught by a specialist secondary teacher in conjunction with the class teacher.

The Junior School has access to modern well equipped computer rooms and the boys have regular class computer lessons as well as opportunities to use the computers before school and at lunch time.

There is a graded Literacy and Numeracy Programme in place in the Junior School to enable each student to improve and extend his skills.

A permanent, part-time teacher is employed to further extend and enrich the learning of gifted and talented students.  Similarly a learning support teacher is a resource to assist those students with special needs.
